Return policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us at info@vocespr.org

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your payment is authorized and verified, it may still take up to two days to process your order. Voces will contact you if additional information is needed for card verification or if any item unexpectedly goes out of stock. Some orders may be split into more than one package and shipped separately.

All orders placed on a Friday after 12 PM will not be processed until the following Monday. We operate Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, excluding major holidays. Pre-orders will ship on the date announced in the product description. If for any reason the shipping date changes, customers will be notified via email.

 

After an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email notifying you of the carrier we used to ship your order and the different tracking options available for your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update. You will receive your order within 5-15 business days from the shipping date, not necessarily from the date the order was placed. Please note that this is only an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays; your order will ship from the United States.

VOCES PR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered; customers are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Customers placing orders for international shipping agree to pay all customs duties and taxes when the package arrives in that country. Packages subject to customs may take longer to deliver, please keep this in mind when trying to estimate a delivery date. Voces is not responsible for these or any additional costs.

 

EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you store credit or an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@vocespr.org and send your item to: Edif. Nildet, Ave Lopategui, Suite 200, Guaynabo, 00969

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

STORE CREDIT


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

FINAL SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

All purchases made with a discount coupon code and sale items are Final Sale. These are not eligible for exchange or return.
